Certain clinicians may wish to use the opportunity to explore Melbourne Wineries. This can be done on the last day of the residency, with an overnight stay at the winery.
Rooms are generally around AU$680 per night and include breakfast, but they also have half board (breakfast and dinner), and will do a group rate if you contact their events manager Sherena
